Last Visit User's Guide - Understanding How Last Visit Works

The Last Visit™ processing job is responsible for keeping track of membership activity status, sending out email notifications, synchronization of databases, pruning posts, and terminating inactive or "no-show" accounts. This processing can be initiated at any time by clicking the Process Now button in the Last Visit™ navigation menu. If your settings are such, Last Visit™ will automatically initiate processing jobs after the period of time you set. This is the first setting in the Last Visit™ settings panel. What specific actions are performed during processing will depend upon your settings. No membership information will be processed without initiating the processing job. If you do not have Last Visit™ set to automatically process, then you must use the Process Now button in order to initiate the processing of membership information.
