Use the checkboxes located in the left-most column to select individual members to perform specific actions on. You can select all members on the page by clicking the Check All button located at the bottom-left of the results list. Deselect all members on the list by clicking the Check None button.

After you have selected members from the list, you can perform specific actions on the selected members by choosing an action from the drop menu located at the bottom of the results list, then pressing submit. This will not affect members that did not get selected by you and will only affect the selected members on the page which is being displayed.
