Last Visit™ is equipped with flood control to help reduce server resource usage. Until you are familiar with how Last Visit™ works, it is a good idea to keep both of the following settings set to low numbers. In the example below, Last Visit™ is set to only process 100 members per processing job. When the maximum processing number has been reached, Last Visit™ will end the processing job and will pick up where it left off next time a processing job runs. This will continue until Last Visit™ has processed the entire database and then it will start over from the beginning. In the example below, Last Visit™ is set to only email 100 inactive members per processing job. This setting will prevent Last Visit™ from sending too many email notifications during each processing job.
